1.Storage＆Precautions 仓储和使用注意事项：

Because SMD LED is a humidity sensitive element, it is easy to absorb water vapor in the air. When LED absorbs moisture, when the reflux welding is high temperature, the expansion of water vapor will cause stress, which will cause glue crack, delamination damage internal structure, and lead to LED failure. So please do the following work：

因SMD LED属于湿敏元件，易吸收空气中的水汽，LED吸潮后，在过回流焊高温时，因水蒸汽膨胀产生应力，会造成胶裂、分层损坏内部结构，导致LED失效，所以请按以下几点作业：

1.1During handling and storage, appropriate protection should be made to avoid LED moisture absorption caused by aluminum foil bag breakage.

搬运、储存过程中应做好相应的防护，避免铝箔袋破损导致LED吸潮

1.2.Please store and use 60%RH at 30 ℃ and humidity.

请在温度≦30℃，湿度≦60%RH的条件下存储和使用

1.3 . The packing bag is damaged and leaking or the production date is more than 2 months. It is forbidden to use. Please return it to us for high temperature dehumidification

包装袋破损漏气或生产日期超过2个月，禁止使用，请退回我司高温除湿

1.4 . The production date is within 2 months, the product packing bag does not have the broken air leakage, opens the packing bag to read the humidity card immediately, the humidity card 20% does not become pink, may use directly, if becomes pink forbids use, needs to return our division high temperature dehumidification.

生产日期在2个月之内，产品包装袋无破损漏气，拆开包装袋立即阅读湿度卡，湿度卡20%处未变成粉红色，可直接使用，如果变成粉红色禁止使用,需退回我司高温除湿

1.5 . The welding of LED patch should be completed within 0.5 H to avoid the potential danger of LED absorbing the water in tin paste

  LED贴片后应在0.5H之内完成焊接，避免LED吸收锡膏内的水份造成不良隐患

　1.6. Please use up the product after unsealing in 2H, not run out can not continue to use, in unseal 4H can use 70 ℃ ±5 ℃ low temperature dehumidification 12H after use, more than 4H has serious hygroscopic, need to return to our company high temperature dehumidification

 拆封后的产品请在2H内用完，未用完不能继续使用，在拆封4H内的可以用70℃±5℃低温除湿12H后使用，超过4H的已严重吸潮，需退回我司高温除湿

2、ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) 静电防护

2.1  LED is very sensitive to ESD; please make sure during the whole usage and installation process, that no ESD exist to affect the LED. Excessive ESD could damage t

浪涌脉冲也可能导致LED 损坏，请确认驱动LED电路和设备是否有超载保护。

2.3  During the installation process, please make sure all the equipment and personnel are grounded properly. Make use ESD protection equipment such as anti-static gloves, anti-static wrist bands, anti-static mats, anti-static clothes, anti-static shoes, and anti-static containers.

加工装配期间，请确认所有的设备和人员是否有有效的接地连接，并有静电防护措施，比如人员

佩戴防静电手套、防静电手环、穿戴防静电服，防静电鞋 ，以及使用防静电转料箱等…

3、Design Consideration 设计建议 ：

In designing a circuit, the current through each LED must not exceed the absolute maximun rating specified for each LED. In the meanwhile, resistors for protection should be applied, otherwise slight voltage shift will cause big current change, burn out may happen.

It is recommended to use Circuit A which regulates the current flowing through each LED rather than Circuit B. When driving LEDs with a constant voltage in Circuit B, the current through the LEDs may vary due to the variation  in Forward Voltage (VF) of the LEDs. In the worst case, some LED may be subjected to stresses in excess of the Absolute Maximum Rating.

设计电路时，通过 LED 的电流不能超过规定的最大值，同时，还需使用保护电阻，否则，微小的电压变化将会引起较大的电流变化，可能导致产品损毁。

建议使用以下（A）电路，该电路能够很好的调节通过每个 LED 的电流；不推荐使用（B）电路，该电路在持续的电压驱动下，LED 的正向电压（VF）发生变化，电流会随之而发生变化，可能使某些 LED 承受高于规定的电流值。

LED发光二极管。.:

Thermal Design is paramount importance because heat generation may result in the Characteristics decline, such as brightness dcreased, Color changed and so on. Please consider the heat genertion of the LEDs when making the  system design.

  LED 的特性容易因为自身的发热和环境的温度的改变而发生改变。温度的升高会降低 LED 的发光效率、影响发光颜色等，所以在设计时应充分考虑散热的问题。
